Working for Blue Water Wash has been very rewarding. I began working while still in high school as a washer, shortly after was promoted to lead hand and am currently a supervisor. Blue Water Wash has been given me many opportunities for growth and development. I have been able to work on various shift and meet & work with many great people.

Blue Water Wash has been very flexible with my shifts. I began my employment working weekends and it has allowed me to able to have a healthy balance between school and work and I was able to save money for college. Now as a college student they have worked with my college schedule and I still receive full time hours.

I started at Blue Water Wash June 2021 on the evening shift as a Wash Bay Attendant while still going to high school. Working the evening shift has enabled me to complete my Grade 12 while still working full time. I enjoy training new staff members the correct way to wash trailers and would like someday to be a Lead Hand to accept new challenges and further my career.

I started at Blue Water Wash March 2014 as a wash bay attendant and when washing was slow, I would help fix equipment around the wash bay. Soon after was given the opportunity to be a full-time maintenance employee for Blue Water Wash which I enjoy as no two days are ever the same. This job has great flexibility in hours to accommodate my family life away from work .

I joined Blue Water Wash in October 2015. I started out as a Wash Bay Attendant and worked my way up to a Lead Hand. As an employee I really love having a work-life balance and this job has been able to offer me that from the start. The company also offers great consistency in maintaining a good relationship with their employees which makes it enjoyable to be a part of this team.

I started working at Blue Water Wash March 2017, 6 years now as a Wash Bay Attendant. I really enjoy and love working here, all I can say about the company is that they are good and to those of my co-workers. Good relationships with everyone which makes it enjoyable to be a part of with this company.
