Washing Facilities
In 1995 the hog industry was expanding and the industry saw a need for bio security. In effort to provide the best customer service, we responded to that need by building a 2 bay wash facility in Blumenort. In 1999 bay three was added, and in 2006 the fourth wash bay was built focusing on bio-security standards. In the fall of 2001 we opened up our second location in Brandon, Manitoba and that location has since expanded to a 7 bay facility. Both the Brandon and Blumenort locations have also expanded to include a state of the art drying facility. In the summer of 2009 we opened up a third location in Acme Alberta.
We provide the following types of washes:
- Complete Wash: The trailer is washed with the pressure gun inside and out.
- Fire Hose Wash: The outside is washed with the pressure gun and the inside is rinsed out with the fire hose
- Outside wash: The outside is washed with the pressure gun.
- Brighten Wash: The outside is washed with a pressure gun with a strong soap, not acid.
- Complete Wash & Dry: We do a Complete Wash to the trailer and then we dry it in the dry bay.
- Vet Inspect: After we do a Complete Wash we get a vet to inspect the trailer for cleanliness.
We are not limited to only trailer washing; we can wash your camper trailers, RVs, heavy machinery, reefers, van style trailers, and the list goes on.

Air Mixing - Dry Bay
- Seperate air mixing rooms for each dry bay
- UV filtered - fans have filters on them to filter out all bacteria before the air enters the room to ensure biosecurity
